JUDr. Jiří Voda, LL.M., graduated with honors from the Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Law, where he also received the prestigious Bolzano Prize for his thesis Gaps in the Law. Dr. Voda continued in his studies in the post-graduate program Master Legium (LL.M.) at Universität Regensburg, from which he also graduated with honors and where he gained valuable experience in German and European law. He successfully passed the bar exam in 2010 and and the insolvency trustee exam in 2012. Since 2014, Dr. Voda has held the position of Examiner of Case Studies for the insolvency trustees exam administered by the Ministry of Justice. He successfully passed the special exam for insolvency trustees in 2021.

Dr. Voda has years of experience in international law, managing cases of the most complex nature.

Dr. Voda is a member of the world wide reaching association International Exchange of Experience on Insolvency Law (IEEI).

He has been acting as an arbitrator at German-Czech Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DTIHK) since 2018.

Commercial and civil law, real estate law, debt collection, and insolvency law, all with an emphasis on international cases.
