JUDr. Jiří Voda, LL.M. graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague. For his thesis on “Gaps in the Law”, he received the prestigious Bolzano Prize at Charles University. He continued his legal studies in the Legium Magister (LL.M.) programme at the University of Regensburg and completed it with honours as well. At the same time, he gained experience in German and European law. In 2010, he successfully passed the bar exam. Through his employment at an international German-Czech law firm and a large number of complex legal matters, he built extensive expertise and in 2012 also passed the insolvency administrator examination. In the same year, he founded AK Voda s.r.o.
In addition, since 2014 he has been involved in the training of insolvency administrators as an examination commissioner at the Ministry of Justice for the insolvency administrator examination.
JUDr. Jiří Voda, LL.M. is a member of the worldwide association International Exchange of Experience on Insolvency Law (IEEI), which focuses on the exchange of experience in insolvency law among many countries.
In 2018 and 2021, he served as an arbitrator at the German-Czech Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DTIHK).
In 2021, he passed the specialist examination for insolvency administrators, which entitles him to administer the largest cases and special debtors, such as financial institutions.
In 2025, he became a member of the Insolvency Law Section of the Czech Bar Association (ČAK).
